Steve Vai is one of the best guitar players today and arguably of all time. He got his start with the legendary Frank Zappa then went on to replace Yngwie Malmsteen in Alcatrazz. He later went on to Join David Lee Roth in his solo band after leaving Van Halen. Before launching his solo career, he played with David Coverdale in Whitesnake. In 2022 Steve released his 9th solo album called Inviolate. The album introduces us to the Hydra, a new instrument created by Vai himself.
