This month, NAIL THE MIX subscribers are in for a treat – a special two-fer of classes featuring tracks by both Swedish heavy metallers Amaranthe and UK death metal band Dyscarnate, led by renowned Danish producer Jacob Hansen. Hansen has been a force to be reckoned with in the production game for over two decades – recognized for producing, mixing and/or mastering albums by a vast variety of heavy bands ranging from Volbeat to The Black Dahlia Murder to Epica.
NAIL THE MIX will feature two mixing classes utilizing the tracks “365” by Amaranthe, cut from their album Helix, and “Iron Strengthens Iron” by Dyscarnate, cut from their album With All Their Might. Jacob Hansen will lead an exclusive livestreaming class offering a complete walkthrough of how he mixed both tracks. NAIL THE MIX subscribers can download the multi-tracks today, then join Hansen for the livestream on Saturday, March 30.
