Oxbow Debut “GUNWALE” Video as North American Tour Begins

With Oxbow launching their North American tour this Friday in Philadelphia, the band has released a video for “Gunwale”, the latest cinematic entry into the band’s slate of videos from their recently released album, Love’s Holiday (Ipecac Recordings).

‘Gunwale,’ and the gerund form ‘gunwaling,’ is described as a trick that you use when you’ve lost your paddles and it sees you standing at the boat’s stern, ON the stern, and moving the boat by squatting and then standing,” explains Eugene Robinson. “The lyric itself? Nothing to do with that. And yet it does.” Watch here.


ICE NINE KILLS Drop New Single / Music Video ‘Meat & Greet’

Murdersome metal trailblazers, Ice Nine Kills brought the latest chapter of their expansive cinematic universe to a brutal and sinister end last night as they premiered brand new ‘Silence of The Lambs’ inspired single and video “Meat & Greet” at an immersive event, hosted by INK frontman and maniacal mastermind, Spencer Charnas and entertainment journalist, Ryan J Downey. Fans tuned in from around the world to watch the event, that was also globally livestreamed on the band’s YouTube channel from The Montalbán Theatre in Hollywood, CA.

Makes My Blood Dance Release New Single “Knowin’ it Without Knowin’ Why”

Brooklyn-based Disco-Metal group Makes My Blood Dance features frontman EVO and guitarist/programmer Jon Kristian, co-mingling their curiosity for sounds that combine elements of musical theater, pop, and technical metal. Tankcrimes is pleased to announce a special twentieth anniversary vinyl repress of Evil Never Dies, the debut full-length from TOXIC HOLOCAUST, set for release on December 8th.

Initially released in 2003 via Nuclear War Now Productions and Witches Brew Records, Evil Never Dies was Grind’s first official full-length. Wrote All Music of the release, “…Evil Never Dies may have originally been released in 2003, but it rocks and rages like it was plucked directly out of the metal underground circa 1983.
