Everyone needs a Holiday, especially around Christmas. That being said, Satan Takes A Holiday releases their music video for “Blow.”
Satan Takes A Holiday are in the middle of their autumn tour, and have released the last single, ‘Blow’ from their latest album, A New Sensation, with a new live video and a remix.
Commenting on the video, the band says, “Shows in our hometown tend to be more emotional and explosive than your average gig, with family and friends both backstage and in front of it. Ahead of the evening at Debaser in Stockholm earlier this fall we invited Ted Lindén – a true master of capturing the electricity of live shows. It resulted in this video for “Blow.” And it is electric. Can you feel it?”
The remix was done by longtime friend – and an important collaborator behind the team around the band – Alexander Idfalk, and the band has this to say: “Blow (Alexander Idfalk Psykbryt Remix) is an addictive, twisted take on the original material, the dark themes brought to the surface and the vocals gloriously distorted to a pulp. Not only is Alexander a never ending source of inspiration in his role as co-writer to many of Satan Takes A Holiday’s songs, he also possesses an enormous amount of talent as a producer – in both rock and electronic music, which is why we asked him for a reimagining of the track.”
