George Lynch is arguably one of the greatest guitar players of the 80’s and continues to make music that both he and his fans love. One of those albums is Phase2 from The End Machine. The album features classic Dokken members George Lynch and Jeff Pilson with vocalist Robert Mason (Warrant, Lynch Mob). Dokken drummer Mick Brown was the drummer on the first album, but now retired, in his place is his brother Steve Brown.
Brutal Planet Magazine talked with George about Phase2 and about how the recording of the album changed due to covid. We also talked about one of his side projects called The Banishment and played a few April Fools jokes with listeners. You can hear the interview below:
